Allow me to reintroduce myself,

Hi, I’m Madison! And I’m celebrating 10 incredible years in real estate, pinch me! I’m more excited than ever for what lies ahead. As cliche as it might seem, I’m stepping into this new year with the most ambitious goals I’ve ever set—personally and professionally. From diving into fresh new projects (hello, my first blog post EVER!), to embracing the next chapter of my career, I can’t help but reflect on the amazing journey these past ten years have been. Whether you’ve known me for years, worked with me on your real estate journey, or are currently looking for a trusted agent, I’d love to reintroduce myself as I enter a new decade of growth and opportunity:

A little about me

I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, and it’s there that I first developed my tenacious work ethic and drive to succeed. In 2012, I made the big move to Denver, and I quickly fell head over heels for the city’s vibrant culture and the endless opportunities it offers. I’ve since made Denver my forever home, and in 2015, my passion for helping others led me to take the leap into real estate. I can honestly say, I’ve never looked back.

My approach to real estate is deeply personal. Growing up in a tight financial situation, I learned the true value of hard work, perseverance, and securing a better future for those I care about. That’s why I always put my clients' needs at the forefront, offering exceptional service that’s tailored to each person’s unique goals. It’s more than just business for me—it’s about creating lasting relationships and making your real estate dreams a reality.

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to receive some pretty incredible recognition—like being named Best of Zillow (top 1% of producing agents) and winning HomeLight’s Top Producer Award five years in a row. I’m also proud to lead The Kissel Group, a team that’s earned the Real Trends Top Teams Award from the Wall Street Journal every year since 2021.

Each transaction is unique, from downtown Denver to suburban communities like Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Golden, Littleton, Parker, and so many more. Colorado is a state that’s truly so near and dear to my heart, and I love helping people make it their home.

    It’s not just about numbers—it’s about the people I’ve had the honor of helping. Over 500 transactions later (yes, that’s mind-blowing to me!), I’ve had the privilege of guiding families, individuals, and investors toward their real estate goals. While I’ve helped countless sellers with creative, strategic solutions, my heart truly lies with buyers. Nothing beats helping someone find their dream home. Especially my first time homebuyers who are brand new to this process and trusting me to guide them through it to success.

    In this fast-paced market, I’m proud to say that my listings average just 6 days on the market for listings—an achievement I’m especially proud of, especially when the market’s average is 30 days! It speaks to my commitment to getting properties sold quickly, efficiently, and for the best price.

    It’s been an incredible ride working with my clients to help them achieve their real estate goals. Together, we’ve contributed over $300 million in production. Every sale represents hard work, dedication, and trust—and I’m so grateful to have been a part of these milestones.

  • 115+ Returning Clients and 190+ Transactions
    One of the most rewarding aspects of my career has been building long-term relationships. Over 115 clients have come back to work with me AGAIN, resulting in 190+ repeat transactions. This speaks volumes about the trust and satisfaction my clients have in my services, and I am beyond grateful for their continued support.

  • Personal Milestones
    Beyond the professional successes, this past decade has been filled with some amazing personal milestones. I’ve expanded my real estate portfolio with two personal rental properties, sold my first home, and started my own team, The Kissel Group. We’ve grown from just me to a team of 3 incredibly talented women—and I consider them family. I also married the love of my life, Brandon, in the beautiful city of Toledo, Spain—a dream come true. And, of course, my three fur babies bring endless joy and fluffy love to our home.

    As The Kissel Group's Buyer's Specialist, MaryBeth assists me in ensuring that all of our buyers have the most incredible home-buying experience with no detail overlooked. In this market, it's important to move quickly, which sometimes requires more than one person's attentiveness. With her strong negotiation skills and in-depth market knowledge, Marybeth helps our buyers achieve their real estate dreams. And in those rare moments when I'm away or unavailable, MaryBeth is my go-to to step in and ensure that everything continues to run smoothly for our clients.
